1. What is a logo?

A logo is one of the basic elements used to create your marketing tools such as your letterhead, brochures, and web site. It is the "shorthand" that instantly conveys a message about you and your business and is essential to creation of your brand. Your logo should be on ALL of your practice's marketing materials.

2. How is a logo part of a web site?

As part of your branding, your logo is part of all your marketing tools. It delivers an initial impression and emotion relating to the values and vision of your practice.

3. What if a logo on Athena Hardware is close to what I want, but it needs some changes?

A limited amount of customization is necessary for all our logos, including changes to color and text. We insert your business name and contact information at no additional charge. If your changes are more extensive, we'll create a plan especially for you for further customization at a fair hourly rate.

4. How does my logo get on my web site?

Once our branding team customizes your logo and you approve it, your logo file can be sent directly to your web designers to become part of your custom web site design.

5. What if I want my logo for other uses?

Your logo is your own. We are happy to provide it to you in the file format(s) of your choice via email, FTP site, or CD.

6. What if I want to use my logo on printed items?

You are free to use your logo as you wish, plus Athena Hardware can customize your full identity package and print business cards, letterhead, envelopes, and more. Just choose one of our complete print packages and your printed items will arrive at your doorstep in a matter of a few weeks.

7. What if I want a custom logo, unique to me?

Athena Hardware specializes in ready-made logos for you when you need a beautiful brand quickly, however we understand that sometimes you have the time and desire to create a logo from scratch. If you are inclined toward this option, we can help — simply email us at .

8. What if I need to change my order?

When you place an order on Athena Hardware.com, you are simply telling our team that you wish to purchase a product/service from us. You order is not final until we charge your credit card, which we will obtain when we conduct the Order Confirmation Call with you. Certainly, you may add items to your order at any time by simply contacting us. It's fine to start with a logo and then order printed materials and/or a web site at any point. The advantage to ordering all products at once is that your price is locked, even if prices increase at a future date.

9. How long does it take for me to receive deliverables after I place my order?

We happily work within your schedule. Simply let us know your scheduling needs and we'll provide a realistic delivery date. As a rule of thumb, logos can be delivered with 2-3 weeks and printed materials can take 3-4 weeks. Of course your participation is crucial, so the more responsive you are to our communications, the more efficiently the project will progress.
